Sweater Weather

Am I the only one sick of this up and down weather??? Ultimately, I blame the weather as the reason why I haven’t blogged in about a week and a half, and it is because I have been sick.   Now that I can refocus again I can finally start my Spring shopping.  Early Spring of course requires some nice warm and fuzzy sweaters.  Like this great one featured here from Zara.  I love Spring because it is perfect for layering.  Stay tuned for more fun layering looks for Spring.

Finally things are starting to

I found this beautiful collate set in Zara and it just so happen to be in Pantone’s 2015 Color of the Year: Marsala.  Marsala is one of my favorite shades of brown and like most people I LOVE it in a matte lip color.  Matter of fact, I would love to do some lips in different Matte browns to feature on the blog.  I recently took a trip to a beauty store and went a little nuts buying all the matte browns.  And of course, I stocked up on the Marsala color!  It looks great with my skin tone.

I found this Collates Pant Set at Zara for just under $80.  A steal!  Zara’s latest early Spring collection is amazing.  I have tons of great looks coming up from Zara, (my favorite store at the moment by the way!)

Visiting Central Park

The Fall weather is slowly fading away as we transition into Winter.  My recent move to New York has inspired me to enjoy the city a bit.  And by this, I mean enjoy the city as a tourist would.

Time goes by so fast in this city and when I look around it seems that tourist are the only ones enjoying it.  Central Park is such a great place in New York.  My move to Harlem puts me right on the edge of the park and I LOVE IT!

There is so much to do here and on this particular day, I had time to read a book.  Visiting Central Park is everything you could imagine it to be!  It’s amazing.
