Celebrate spring at RA Sushi in Harbor East. RA has introduced some fun and yummy new items to the menu for the spring and summer season. RA is one of my favorite places to eat in Baltimore and I just found out that they have extended happy hour on Wednesdays from 3pm-midnight! I’ll definitely be there next week!
Here is a breakdown of the Seasonal Menu:
Red Sea Bream Carpaccio
Sliced Red Seabream and lemon topped with spicy yuzu dressing, organic micro greens, truffle salt and lemon zest.
Red Sea Bream Nigiri
Red Seabream on rice, topped with spicy yuzu dressing and truffle salt.
Tuna California Roll
The classic California Roll topped with a tuna mix of avocado, cucumber, bell pepper and cilantro; finished with togarashi, garlic chips and black pepper soy sauce.
Langostino Strawberry Salad
Langostino, strawberries, cucumber and avocado over arugula; tossed in citrus vinaigrette and served with kiwi wasabi sauce and truffle salt
In addition to these great dishes Ra has also added three new drinks that are a must-try. Peach Basil Sour, Hot Tropics Margarita and the Pear & Lemon Blossom. The Hot Tropics Margarita is especially great for those of you that love spicy margaritas!
